Taryn teaches this low impact bootcamp style class that uses cardio and bodyweight exercises to get your heart pumping, strengthen large muscle groups and fire up your core. You will burn fat, tone up muscles and help you lose weight. No equipment needed though you can add hand weights to increase the challenge if you like.
In this lower body barre class Jasmine takes you through some of your favourite leg exercises to tone and lengthen your limbs. You can do this just with your body weight only, or if you have a soft squishy ball bring that along for extra focus.
In this class Wendi will work your entire body using a squishy ball and a band for extra resistance. If you don’t have those you can still do the workout just fine without them using your own body weight.
