June teaches you to focus on your core muscles to help improve your posture from a standing position but do feel free to use a chair for balance if you need it.
This lower body Pilates class with Claire is chair based focusing on gentle movements. This is ideal those with limited mobility, as well as those recovering from any lower body surgeries or suffering from osteoarthitis.
In this class June teaches a beautiful posture called warrior 2 to help develop strength in the legs and trunk while opening the hips and developing balance.
