In this strength class Greg focuses on the foundations of resistance training. You will learn fundamental movements and positions that will make you stronger, as well as help with any further strength training.
Discover what makes great relationship work, namely Communication, Connection and Compassion. Understand the interdependent nature of the 3 C’s and the importance of including all 3 into a healthy functioning relationship where values are shared and needs are met.
