Join Gavin as he takes on beginners strength workout in 3 parts; upper body, lower body and core. For each part of the workout Gavin explains and demonstrates each exercise with proper form and technique, setting you off on the right foot for your fitness journey.
Join Gypsy as she teaches you how to develop a deeper connection to your centre. You’ll work on strengthening your whole body with ballet toning and urban music moves.
