Taryn teaches this low impact bootcamp style class that uses cardio and bodyweight exercises to get your heart pumping, strengthen large muscle groups and fire up your core. You will burn fat, tone up muscles and help you lose weight. No equipment needed though you can add hand weights to increase the challenge if you like.
June teaches you to focus on your core muscles to help improve your posture from a standing position but do feel free to use a chair for balance if you need it.
Wendi takes you through some seated and standing leg exercises to help you to be strong in everyday life movements like getting out of a chair or sitting into a car.
This Barre workout is designed to target the upper body but you will get some bonus legs and core in there as well. If you want an extra challenge use some hand weights if not your body weight is just fine.
