A 30 minute beginner level practice aimed at lengthening through hips & hamstrings as well as big delicious heart opening stretches. The perfect practice if we’re stuck hunched over a desk all day. Improve your posture, lengthen your breath and take some time to be in your body.
In this class June teaches a beautiful posture called warrior 2 to help develop strength in the legs and trunk while opening the hips and developing balance.
In this class Lisa guides you through a simple sequence using some of the fundamental yoga postures. This class is easy to follow and perfect for beginners or for anyone looking for a more gentle yoga flow.
