In this strength class Greg focuses on the foundations of resistance training. You will learn fundamental movements and positions that will make you stronger, as well as help with any further strength training.
In this session Sunshine teaches the principle of shadow boxing, the exercise used in training for combat sports. The movements prepare the muscles before further intense training. Sunshine utilizes different combinations and teaches good form and technique.
Get working with Wendi in this barre class for a total body workout. This session is great for all levels as you can take it at your own pace. Wendi uses a squishy ball and band for extra resistance but if you don’t have those just use your own body as the resistance you will still get a great workout.
Join Vanessa in this strength workout that will put you through your paces. This class focuses on whole body movements and is challenging yet rewarding.
Join Greg in this low impact cardio aerobics workout. You’ll follow a simple and easy routine that will still work to raise your heart rate and burn calories.
In this class Wendi will work your entire body using a squishy ball and a band for extra resistance. If you don’t have those you can still do the workout just fine without them using your own body weight.
