Get working with Wendi in this barre class for a total body workout. This session is great for all levels as you can take it at your own pace. Wendi uses a squishy ball and band for extra resistance but if you don’t have those just use your own body as the resistance you will still get a great workout.
Trish teaches gentle movements to get your spine moving in all the directions it was designed to. You will use roll downs, twists and side bends to awaken your spinal joints and relieve any aches.
