Join Amy in this exploratory meditation as we journey through the sense of sight, sound, taste, smell and touch. This class will focus your attentions and can be done seated or lying done.
Get working with Wendi in this barre class for a total body workout. This session is great for all levels as you can take it at your own pace. Wendi uses a squishy ball and band for extra resistance but if you don’t have those just use your own body as the resistance you will still get a great workout.
De stress meditation – We all get stressed… but by taking the awareness Into the brain we can change the state of the nervous system. Relax with this meditation awareness from brain to body.
In this class Wendi will work your entire body using a squishy ball and a band for extra resistance. If you don’t have those you can still do the workout just fine without them using your own body weight.
