In this short, high energy cardio class Caitlin will take you through a Tabata style workout. 20 seconds of aerobic exercise, followed by 10 seconds rest, then repeat! This class will strengthen and increase your lung capacity while working out your full body.
In this class Caitlin takes you through a total body workout at the iconic Bondi Beach. This routine will fire up your muscles and leave you feeling strong and powerful.
