Join Gavin as he takes on beginners strength workout in 3 parts; upper body, lower body and core. For each part of the workout Gavin explains and demonstrates each exercise with proper form and technique, setting you off on the right foot for your fitness journey.
Join Steve as he explains the correct set up for boxing and basic foot patterns in this boxing class. Boxing training is one of the best forms of exercise for those who suffer neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease.
In this class Gavin takes you through basic fight movements such as reaction, combinations and recovery. You’ll work on cardio conditioning and stability with lower body kicks to strength your body.
This Barre workout is designed to target the upper body but you will get some bonus legs and core in there as well. If you want an extra challenge use some hand weights if not your body weight is just fine.
