In this class Gavin takes you through basic fight movements such as reaction, combinations and recovery. You’ll work on cardio conditioning and stability with lower body kicks to strength your body.
This 30 minute workout with Vanessa uses basic movement patterns and footwork designed to keep the heart rate elevated. This effective cardio blast is the perfect mix of upper and lower body strength movements combined with a healthy dose of core stability training.
