In this 20 minute groove class Marcus takes you on the journey of disco! You’ll do classic disco moves intertwined with cardio grooves that will have you laughing and sweating the whole way.
Get working with Wendi in this barre class for a total body workout. This session is great for all levels as you can take it at your own pace. Wendi uses a squishy ball and band for extra resistance but if you don’t have those just use your own body as the resistance you will still get a great workout.
Chantal leads an essential 5 minute stretch session focusing on your back and hamstrings. These stretches are important for overall health and well being.
