Starting with a warm up to limber the body and activate the core, we then move into learning an expressive contemporary dance sequence, continuously flowing to work the legs, arms, balance and core whilst allowing freedom of movement.
Join Wendi in this 20 minute Barre total body workout. You’ll get your muscles pumping and blood flowing in this class. Add a squishy ball and or a band for extra resistance if you have them if not just use your own body weight.
In this class June teaches a beautiful posture called warrior 2 to help develop strength in the legs and trunk while opening the hips and developing balance.
