Starting with a warm up to limber the body and activate the core, we then move into learning an expressive contemporary dance sequence, continuously flowing to work the legs, arms, balance and core whilst allowing freedom of movement.
In this 20 minute groove class Marcus takes you on the journey of disco! You’ll do classic disco moves intertwined with cardio grooves that will have you laughing and sweating the whole way.
Join Rebecca in a sequence of exercises using body weight that will get you sweating! This class is designed to strengthen your upper and lower body and core.
