In this class Gypsy teaches the breath and foundations of yoga focusing on internally toning, strengthening and centering your core through deep, powerful and controlled movements.
This class with Caitlin is designed for those who are new to cardio circuit training. You’ll focus on using your bodyweight to perfect form and really see results.
