Join Gypsy in this fully body Pilates workout designed for beginners. You will focus on your breath, spine abdominal walls and pelvic floor to increase core power and alignment.
June teaches you to focus on your core muscles to help improve your posture from a standing position but do feel free to use a chair for balance if you need it.
