In this 30 minute class Trish takes you through an all over body yin practice. This is essentially a slower based class where you will hold the postures for longer periods, creating opportunity to stretch and relax the deeper connective tissue.
Join Mitch in this stretch session as she explores wrist stretches and mobility. This class is designed for everyone and especially ‘desk sitters’ who are affected by hours behind a computer.
In this session Mitch guides you through spine mobility, back stretches and fundamental knowledge to achieving more freedom through your lower back. This class is done standing.
