A 30 minute beginner level practice aimed at lengthening through hips & hamstrings as well as big delicious heart opening stretches. The perfect practice if we’re stuck hunched over a desk all day. Improve your posture, lengthen your breath and take some time to be in your body.
Join Mitch in this stretch session as she explores wrist stretches and mobility. This class is designed for everyone and especially ‘desk sitters’ who are affected by hours behind a computer.
This twist orientated class with Sam will help you rinse out those insides and experience deeper levels of opening. We twist in yoga to rinse out internal organs to release toxins and nourish insides.
In this class June teaches a beautiful posture called warrior 2 to help develop strength in the legs and trunk while opening the hips and developing balance.
