In this lower body barre class Jasmine takes you through some of your favourite leg exercises to tone and lengthen your limbs. You can do this just with your body weight only, or if you have a soft squishy ball bring that along for extra focus.
Join Cindy as she takes you through a step-by-step dance routine. This class will raise your heart rate while let you have some fun at the same time! NOTE: If you need some extra support, feel free to have a chair close by.
Wendi takes you through some seated and standing leg exercises to help you to be strong in everyday life movements like getting out of a chair or sitting into a car.
This great seated cardio session with Cindy will boost your heart rate and give you a great all over workout. This is a seated class but you could always do it standing if it suits you better.
