In this lower body barre class Jasmine takes you through some of your favourite leg exercises to tone and lengthen your limbs. You can do this just with your body weight only, or if you have a soft squishy ball bring that along for extra focus.
This great seated cardio session with Cindy will boost your heart rate and give you a great all over workout. This is a seated class but you could always do it standing if it suits you better.
