June teaches a yoga pose to stretch your back, sides and legs. This posture is usually taught on the ground but June demonstrates how you can practice with the help of a chair to be just as effective.
In this class June teaches a beautiful posture called warrior 2 to help develop strength in the legs and trunk while opening the hips and developing balance.
June teaches you to focus on your core muscles to help improve your posture from a standing position but do feel free to use a chair for balance if you need it.
